Why Work for Us
Children’s Autism Center was founded by a small group of dedicated parents and staff members who wanted to improve the lives of others. Our passion continues today and defines who we are and what we do. Our goal to provide ABA services to every child in need. Besides the center, home, community, and school-based services, our goal is to train parents to implement these ABA strategies with their child, regardless of their ability to pay.
Our Core Values
- We demonstrate optimism, passion, playfulness, and tenacity in our work. We believe our learners will grow and make progress when we work to teach every tool in our ABA toolbox. We do this with enthusiasm and fun — we recognize learning is difficult for children with autism, so our goal is to make the teaching environment as fun as possible.
- We are striving for excellence in all we do. We continually challenge ourselves to improve our services by utilizing the most current literature and evidence-based strategies.
- A comprehensive approach to care. We treat the whole child in every environment — meaning we support the child along with his or her family and teachers to maximize the impact.
